ABOLITION OF THE MONARCHY
The queen of England is the unelected head of state. She has not been voted for by the people of England. This is not democratic, and it sends the wrong message to people trying to get on in life, i.e. that your birthright / genetics is of prime importance. This shouldn't be so. Democratic Reform believes a person's ability and hard work should determine how far they can progress in life NOT who their parents are. The people in England should at least have the option and the choice re' whether they want a member of the royal family as unelected Head of State, or whether they want the grossly outdated current system replaced with a modern democratic system based on choice.
This would place England alongside other nations such as: (Unitary republics. Unitary
states, governed constitutionally as one single unit, with a single constitutionally
created legislature): Afghanistan (republic since 1973), Albania, Algeria, Bangladesh

These nations have chosen a democratically elected head of state and abolished their respective royal families. There are also serious and disturbing issues re' alleged abuse surrounding the English royals. See the 'Frequently asked questions' section for further information. The book ‘Princess Diana, The Hidden Evidence’, Jon King / John Beveridge, is an excellent source of evidence and insight into the issue and demise of the English royal family.
Essentially our research into the royal English system has lead us to the conclusion that not only is England an outdated, elitist, prejudiced, class ridden joke, run by old school masons, but that it is also essentially a ‘covert, fascist’ system that denies people without the right connections any sort of choice in life. The royals are an extremely poor role model for families in England. There are a plethora of documented accounts of their affairs, and the result is a huge number of single parent families, and children who do not have two parents.
We would also abolish the concept of ‘The Crown’. It is unclear who or what the ‘Crown’ actually is. On the one hand, parliament sits as ‘the Crown,’ the unelected head of state is seen as ‘the Crown’, and we have the ‘Crown’ court. Any democratic system has to have a clear division and separation of powers between: The Executive (parliament), the Legislature (the elected MP's) and the Judiciary (the courts). The Crown appears to infringe on all three.
Any elected president would have limited powers, and we would avoid the American system, where Bush and other president’s have clearly abused the presidential veto to wage imperialist, masonic wars.
ABOLITI0N OF THE HOUSE OF LORDS
The second house / chamber within England is also unelected. Law Lords either inherit their positions or are appointed. Again this is not democratic, and again encourages society to view a persons right to progress and become successful as a privilege rather than as a result of ability and hard work. Tony Blair, the so called Labour leader, did nothing to remedy this imbalance, and is himself from a highly privileged family. Rather than replace the HOL with ELECTED representatives, he has insisted on appointing his own cronies / friends to the chamber.
We believe the HOL should be abolished and replaced with an elected body voted for by the people of England or at least by an electoral college / council. We acknowledge that there are Law Lords who are knowledgeable and do a good job, and there would be nothing to stop those persons standing for election for entry into an elected second house / chamber.
A WRITTEN CONSTITUTION
Democratic Reform believes there should be a formal Written Constitution covering Individual Rights. These rights should include: Freedom of speech, freedom of enterprise and equal rights to progress in society irrespective of a person's background and / or family connections.
LAW AND ORDER
Naturally, Democratic Reform is 100% pro law and order, but does not share Blair's / Brown’s, or anyone else's vision of a masonic police state, where ID cards are compulsory and our movements constantly monitored by a 'Big Brother' culture. We believe in maintaining and recruiting a police force that upholds decent family values and that stands up and bravely defends what is morally right. NOT a police force which pledges its allegiance to an unelected head of state in the queen of England, or a police force with a shoot to kill policy. We had no confidence whatsoever in Ian Blair (previous head of the Metropolitan police) where he appeared intent on covering up material facts relating to the cold blooded murder of an innocent civilian. We would also ensure that those police staff responsible for the inhumane shooting are prosecuted and imprisoned. They are a serious danger to society. Concerning Blair himself, we would press for a stiff custodial sentence against him for attempting to pervert the course of justice, and would recommend a minimum sentence of four years. If it transpires that he is a high ranking mason, we would recommend doubling that sentence (See the section on ‘free’ masonry for further information on this area).
We fully support an Independent Police complaints body that ensures the police do the job the taxpayers of this country pay them to do: To protect and serve decent citizens in a professional and intelligent way. We also believe that if a true democratic system is established in England, then crime and disorder will drop significantly as a natural result, without the need for increased levels of policing, community police officers or cameras on every street corner. The problem with crime and disorder we feel, lies with the likes of Blair and the royals who we believe perpetrate a fear based 'BC culture' mentality of blood sacrifice. See the 'Frequently Asked Questions' section for further clarification / information on these issues. The current IPCC would be replaced. They appear only to be willing to rule against the police when a person has been killed. People should not have to die for complaints bodies to side against the police.
Considering the recent revelations confirming a police culture riddled with inefficiency,
laziness, dishonesty, racism and sexism, we see no other option but to phase out
the current police, with its appalling record of waste and lies, and phase in a new
organisation, based on decent family values, professionalism, integrity and accountability.
Why are the police the way they are? Because in our opinion many officers see the
police as a self interest masonic 'club', and they appear to exist to serve and protect
the English royals, and wrongly so. In our opinion, especially at the higher levels,
they are riddled with masonry, and we are pressing to have masons banned from holding
any type of public office (See our recently published booklet on 'Freemasonry -
Police officers exist to help people, enforce the law and serve the public interest. If any officer can not agree to these aims, then they should leave the police. Any potential officer who does not have these motives for joining the police, should not be allowed to join. Again, any senior officer who claims that the police can not do their job adequately because of a 'lack of resources' should watch the video evidence of the police, broadcast on the 'Dispatches' programme. A significant element of the English police seem more interested in: Playing poker, eating Chinese food and watching / sharing pornography while on duty. Not only should such people be sacked, they should be prosecuted in the criminal courts. They are disgusting and a disgrace to the taxpayers who pay their wages.
With reference to the allegations that the English police are masonic, we would also advocate abolishing their uniforms that advertise their masonic affiliation through the black and white chequer board design, and the royal crown placed on a square overlaid by another square. We would advocate legislation that would make it a criminal offence to be a mason and a police officer. Our research has clearly shown that masonry is a satanic religion and a terrorist organisation.
THE LEGAL SYSTEM
The Legal System in England encompassing: Solicitors, barristers, judges, the cps, the police and the court system is grossly outdated, and grossly inefficient, especially at the lower levels (magistrate’s courts). Taxpayer's money is routinely wasted on long, drawn out cases that could be settled in a fraction of the time it takes to wade through the English court system. The Human Rights Act lays down several fair principles that ensure a person is tried within a reasonable length of time, by an independent judge etc. We feel that these rights are often ignored by the English legal system, and wrongly so. We also feel there should be a larger number of solicitors who are willing to take on Human Rights actions against the CPS, judges or the police where these actions are necessary. At present we are aware of only three firms in the whole of England who are prepared to take on such actions.
We feel it is totally inappropriate, that on the one hand leaders in England claim precedence in Europe, when England's own legal system lags way behind anything in Europe or the United States, where countries and nations have at least made the effort at reform and change. We would: Curtail the powers of magistrates and district judges, and appoint experienced, professionals to oversee the workings of the lower courts, to ensure justice is served and the Human Rights act is applied. Our knowledge of the magistrates court process is that it is amateur, and amateur 'judges' should not have the power to impose custodial sentences, or indeed any significant sentences without first consulting an experienced, professional law person, such as a barrister or experienced lawyer.
We would abolish the distinction between solicitors and barristers, and the need to appoint a solicitor to hire a barrister, overhaul the court system and set up an Independent complaints and review body that would clamp down on any member of the judiciary who appear by their actions, decisions / sentencing to be prejudiced or out of line with the spirit and letter of the law. We would especially target / review the recent spate of decisions by judges where murderers have walked free from court. See the section on 'free’ masonry' for an explanation as to why we feel the judiciary takes a far too lenient view of murderers in many cases.
The time it takes to bring cases to court would be dramatically reduced through common sense efficiency improvements, we would allow lie detector / polygraph evidence to be introduced where appropriate and any body that willingly slows down the judicial process whether it be: The Police, CPS, solicitors or any other body would face prosecution, and for repeated abuse individuals would be struck off and face criminal prosecution. Any delays that can not be adequately explained to an Independent review body by any of the aforementioned persons would entitle the accused persons to compensation. This compensation would increase the longer the undue delay continues. We have amassed a mountain of evidence against the police, cps and legal bodies which points to a grossly inefficient system, massively out of date, that routinely holds up court cases and / or prosecutions for no apparent reason. These activities contravene the Human Rights Act, and need to be ended.
Legal personnel, whether they be: Solicitors, barristers, judges, members of the cps or the police, should also be banned from joining the ‘free’masons. Any such membership should result in being struck off and prosecuted in the criminal courts. It appears that England runs a two tier legal system. Dealing with the magistrate’s courts can be akin to dealing with the local mason mob, the local mason mafia, where local corrupt solicitors, the local police and corrupt district judges decide cases in advance of any trial with ‘a nod and a wink in the corridor’.
When it comes to firms of solicitors, that routinely hold up cases, and string them out for as long as possible, milking legal aid certificates for all their worth, we would establish an efficient and independent body to regulate firms of solicitors. The useless law society / legal ombudsman would be replaced, and firms who neglect to serve their clients in a professional, independent and efficient manner will be barred from practicing. We believe that there are a plethora of 'old school' type firms, that are riddled with masonry, and which are costing the taxpayers hundreds of millions of pounds each year, and getting away with it, due to an appalling complaints procedure. This should stop, and we will actively encourage both civil and criminal prosecutions against such firms that refuse to modernise, and rip off taxpayers, offering poor, shoddy, amateur service.
The European court of Human rights has often been described as a court run by masons for masons. We would lobby for a new European court system where masons are banned from working in the European courts under anti corruption legislation.
THE NHS
Firstly, we believe that the medical profession should be centred on treating the root cause of illness, not simply treating the symptoms. There are a plethora of weak, ineffective doctor’s who appear obsessed with handing out pills and prescribing injections, when a diagnosis centering on the root cause of the problem is what is required. We would also ensure that poor doctor’s are rightly disciplined for poor standards of service through an effective patient complaints system.
OLD PEOPLE’S HOMES / NURSING HOMES AND CARE HOMES
The standards in some of these homes is appalling and abusive. We would set up an oversight body with powers to inspect the standards in homes, and enforce prosecutions if it is found that standards are not acceptable.
THE BBC TELEVISION LICENSE
Payment of the BBC T.V License should become voluntary. We do not think that the BBC provides value for money, and feel strongly that the BBC is an outdated institution that has no chance of survival in the real world. Its programs do not reflect the demands of consumers, its news coverage is skewed and negative and many of its documentaries seem to be designed to misinform. If the BBC is to continue, then it will have to survive through voluntary contributions and commercial reality. Its 'royal charter' is outdated and a joke. Where else in the world are people threatened with criminal prosecution if they don't pay a television tax, even if they never watch the BBC?! It is another example of the covert fascist element that underpins the English system.
We also believe legislation and guidelines should be introduced curbing the tendency of the BBC and other news channels from churning out a glut of fear based news items, especially around six o' clock. People tuning in to watch the news should not be assaulted by item after item based on: Murder, killing, rape and war. We strongly feel that these items are designed to keep the general populace in a perpetual state of fear, and channels pumping out such negative / skewed items should be curbed via much stricter broadcasting guidelines. At any one time 90% of the world is at peace, and yet the BBC insists on a glut of news items based on: Murder, rape and death. News programmes should be balanced and report positive items in proportion to what is happening in the world.
If there is a demand for news items at six o' clock, when many children are watching, that centre around: Murder, rape, violence and death, then these items should be broadcast on a special interest channel that should contain parental restrictions to deny access to children.
FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANIES
Democratic Reform would make it illegal for credit card companies and 'loan sharks' to prey on societies most vulnerable. Directors / owners of companies which charge excessive rates of interest and / or excessive fees for lending money would face criminal prosecution. We do not view such companies as genuine enterprise but as greedy opportunist thieves. This would include credit card companies offering credit cards to those with poor credit at high rates of interest and local money lenders doing likewise. This legislation would also extend to wheel clamping companies whose charges would be capped at what is considered a reasonable amount. Any Director / owner of such a company breaking the law would face criminal prosecution for each infringement.
The reason for our extremely stringent view of the above activities, is that it is often societies most vulnerable who are targeted by these companies, whose operations amount to nothing less than fear based extortion.
We would also review the activities of ‘the City’ which appears to be nothing less than a public school controlled pyramid scam / an elaborate gambling racket, where corrupt masons prosper in a carefully constructed web of manufactured money.
When it comes to credit rating agencies where corporations can abuse their control over people’s credit by claiming they are owed money and then ruining a person’s credit, we would: Set up a system where people can affect an organisation which is provably unfair / corrupt. When a certain number of complaints is reached about a bank or other company, that organistaion will automatically have their credit downgraded, making it more difficult for them to obtain finance. This would redress the current imbalance in the credit rating and grading system, which is two one sided in favour of the financial organisations.
MORALS / FAMILY VALUES
There is currently a moral vacuum within England. Teenage pregnancies are at a high, divorce is the norm as opposed to the exception and social behaviour is tainted with binge drinking, drug taking, 'spit roasting', gang rape, 'dogging' and wife / girlfriend swapping / sharing. Where has the family unit gone along with common sense decency? We at Democratic Reform believe that individuals have a right to a healthy sex life, but decent people should not be pressured into animalistic sexual practices which only serve to degenerate any sense of decent family values. Traditionally these issues were tackled by the church. We believe this isn't good enough, and while spiritual freedom is one of our aims, decent, hardworking people should not have to join a religious movement for the human right to bring up a family in safety.
Pressuring people into immoral practices also contravenes the Human Rights Act. Fair principles laid down by the H R act, that we fully support are: Prohibition of slavery and forced labour, right to liberty and security, right to a fair trial, right to respect for family and private life , freedom of thought, conscience and religion, freedom of expression, right of assembly and association, right to marry, prohibition of discrimination, protection of property, right to education and right to free elections.
We encourage the development of decent family values and moral uprightness in general, and would press for a dramatic increase in the education of children on the responsibilities of pregnancy and family values. It is a sad fact that (rightly so) a license is needed to own a dog, and pets have certain rights to a decent life, yet any girl / woman can have a baby, which is consequently neglected, possibly abused and used as an excuse to get a flat / house and benefits. The social and economic cost of teenage tearaway's is huge, and can lead to all sorts of problems later on in life. What happens when a neglected / abused child grows up and starts to roam the streets causing all manner of mayhem, because it never knew its Father, and was never taught how to behave appropriately?
We believe that the media, such as the gutter press, soap operas (including teen soaps) and other totally irresponsible publications and broadcasts literally 'teach' and encourage people to cheat on their partners and devalue the family unit. Guidelines certainly need to be introduced curbing television programmes and 'gutter' publications from continuing to erode the family unit, to the current extent where it is nigh on impossible to get married / stay married and raise a family. This downward spiral in morals contravenes fundamental freedoms and human rights laid down (rightly) in the international convention for the protection of Human Rights that stipulates the right to a family life, and the right to marry. These are natural instincts for many people that are often blocked by the royal 'English way of life' which appears to condone and encourages infidelity. It is also sad that the media appears to reward so called ‘celebrities’ for their drug taking, infidelity and perverse behaviour.
SPIRITUAL / RELIGIOUS / CREATIVE RIGHTS
Democratic Reform is not tied to any religious organisation, but does believe that human beings have the right to progress and evolve spiritually. Whatever one's spiritual beliefs, we encourage free / independent thought and the consideration of where we are have evolved from and how we can progress. We believe this leads to social responsibility and respect for other people, as well as a consideration of what is morally right and wrong, and how our actions affect others. As such we do NOT sponsor or support terrorism of any kind. Following and exploring a spiritual path also help negate the perverse negative English mentality that appears to rule the streets, where people appear locked in a downward, negative spiral of despair and hopelessness.
Especially since the London suicide bombings that we totally disagree with, Democratic Reform would advocate setting up centres for spiritual study / worship and meditation. These centres would welcome any human being who has a desire to explore their spiritual side, irrespective of their religious beliefs or backgrounds. The only condition of any attendance at such centres is that the person entering a centre would not seek to impose their own particular belief system on any other person. Human beings have many different ideas and views of 'God' and what constitutes spiritual truth. These ideas and notions are in a constant state of evolution and progression, as history has demonstrated.
Any form of dogma, extremism or desire to impose a particular belief system on any other person would not be allowed. Such practices of imposition have historically lead only to division, strife, war and bloodshed, and give unscrupulous leaders the excuse to create wars and introduce oppressive 'terror' legislation that impinges on the human rights of every decent citizen, not to mention giving unscrupulous leaders the opportunity to make vast amounts of money from oil and arms sales. Don't give these 'leaders' the excuse to manipulate yet more wars that further fuel their greed and desire to control everything.
Any person considering or trying to justify suicide bombings should consider that the possible result of such an atrocity is not only to lower your moral standards to the level of the people / system you apparently despise, but you only make it easier for unscrupulous leaders to introduce their oppressive 'terror' legislation and vision of a one party masonic police state. A suicide bomber just makes their job that bit easier.
GLOBAL WARMING
The solution to the burning of excessive fossil fuels is straightforward: Quantify the total cost, including the huge environmental impact that burning fossil fuel incurs. This could be achieved through the consultation of leading environmentalists and economists. Once the total (huge) cost has been quantified, levy an appropriate (huge) 'carbon tax' on the oil companies at source. They will soon realise they can't actually make any money from oil due to the massive environmental tax involved. Energy producers will then be forced to look at alternative sources of energy. Problem solved. The glut of oil producers is really down to greedy industrialists and takes no account of the fact that the ice caps might soon have irrevocably melted. We would also advocate levying a massive 'windfall tax' on the oil companies and use the money to research and invest in alternative forms of energy. The activities of the oil companies and the cartels that control production and prices, are not just excessively greedy, but immoral, irresponsible and dangerous.
A NEW 'LEAGUE OF NATIONS'
We recommend the setting up of a league system where nations gain points for (true) democratic systems of government, strong, fair environmental policies, investment in education, the full implementation of the International convention of Human Rights and the prevention of cruelty to animals (e.g. inhumane 'battery' chicken farming, the Canadian annual culling of seal cubs and inhumane whaling). Nations would lose points for 'royal' systems of government that block progression and constructive, fair change etc. This would mean that America would lose points for its refusal to accept International Human Rights legislation and the worldwide ban on land mines. It would also lose points for its system of 'elite', satanic, secret societies, where it appears that only members of such dangerous 'clubs' with royal connections can become president.
Countries with corrupt leaders would also lose status, such as certain corrupt systems in Africa. Switzerland would be banned from offering such countries the facility of anonymous banking, whereby corrupt leaders stash away billions of dollars of their nation’s wealth, while the general population starve, or can't gain access to water, education etc.
Nations would gain favourable concessions, such as international trade agreements, for implementing Human Rights legislation and following environmentally sound policies. Such a league would be overseen by a United Nations type body that has no direct affiliation to any particular state or nation, but has true world progress as its aim. The propensity for oil and arms companies (that may be behind the funding of the republican party) to take control of countries would also be halted. Masons would be barred from holding any type of post within such a body, and we would advocate banning masons from any type of public office anywhere in the world.
We would abolish the current United Nations, with its appalling history of apathy, ineffectiveness and masonic corruption.
THE PRISON SYSTEM
We would abolish private prisons. The idea of a company making money from imprisoning people is anathema to any sense of decent society. There is no incentive for such institutions to release prisoners, since they get paid to keep people locked up for as long as possible. We would also appoint genuinely independent monitors to stop abuse in prisons. Magistrates would not be allowed to be independent monitors, and neither would masons. Prison guards turning a blind eye to drug abuse, or helping dealers get drugs into prisons would themselves receive immediate custodial sentences.
We would also radically change the probation system which is grossly outdated, grossly inefficient and is totally failing in its duty to protect the public from individuals who pose a threat to the public. Practically, we would recruit and train new staff, and ease out 'old school' type staff who refuse to accept any criticism, because of number of years employed in the public sector and who feel they have the right to a 'job for life.' The culture in the public sector and especially areas such as probation needs radically changing, and employees in these sectors need to realise that they are paid by taxpayers to provide an efficient, fair service, and as such, they will have to be 100% accountable for their shoddy, sloppy, poor, amateurish service and work practices.
Again, masons would be banned from holding any office within the prison / probation system.
When it comes to some of the monsters who have been prosecuted recently in the courts for rape, child killing and serial murder, we would allege that the English system is mainly responsible for the production of these monsters, who were often secretly abused in their childhoods. The television channels churn out item after item based on murder, rape, killing, infidelity and war, and can’t understand why there is so much violence in England?! Doh! It’s the royal system that is causing a culture of abuse, and again, we would advise addressing the root cause of the problem, and overhauling the system.
ROADWORK'S / UTILITIES COMPANIES
The amount of road works ongoing at any one time in certain areas of England is beyond the joke, and we believe that it is not only due to appalling public sector planning, and the usual gross inefficiency and waste, but due to local councils having far too much money to spend on unnecessary road changes / 'improvements'. It seems to us that roads are resurfaced needlessly, and layouts changed needlessly, simply because the councils have got the money to spend. We would slash their road budgets, and drastically reduce traffic queues. We have observed a huge number of road systems abroad, and none compare to the gross waste of England. We would also introduce concrete road surfacing and force utilities companies to plan together. Water companies who can not control their leakage will be fined stringently. If after ten years of privatisation, the directors of such companies still can not catch up with efficient companies overseas, then they will have to pay in fines.
Anybody who thinks these measures are too draconian, should stop and consider the services in other areas of the world, such as California, Spain, Greece etc, who have to endure perennial sunshine for most of the year, and yet who hardly ever have the same water shortage problems as England. It is time the authorities and people started to stand up against the incompetent fat cat English directors who should be sacked for their shameful management failures.
IMMIGRATION
We agree with sensible measures to control the ridiculous influx of foreign nationals. Why do we have the problem? One credible reason is to have as many people take an oath of allegiance (possibly illegal under Human Rights Law) to serve the (unelected) English royals.
"I, (idiot), swear by Almighty God that, on becoming an English citizen, I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, Her Heirs and Successors according to law". Such an oath is essentially illegal, since the reigning monarch hasn't been elected by a soul, and the HR Act states: 'The right to Free elections.' The idiotic oath is akin to saying: ‘I, idiot, agree to always bow and scrape to the royal family, who are inherently superior to I, a mere servant.’ Come on people! Take your power back, and kick the royals out once and for all!
Is that the 'real' reason for the ridiculous influx? To get as many people to swear the ridiculous 'oath of allegiance'? and desperately try and salvage the last refuge (England) for the dying royals.
We are not against immigration per se, and feel that foreign nationals coming to live in England can add to, and enhance the economy and the social structure. The current influx is completely out of control however. We also agree with a Canadian type of system, whereby a foreign national can only be employed if it can be proved that there is not an English national who could perform the job of work. English individuals should not be denied employment by a plethora of Australian / South African / other nationals in England on work visas.
THE SECURITY SERVICES
Like the royal family, who they exist to protect, the security services are accountable to no one but themselves and the unelected head of state. They appear to be an elitist, self serving club for people with the right family connections, and appear to exist to protect an elitist, corrupt, royal, fascist oligarchy (the ‘establishment’). We would set up an oversight committee who would have access to every facet of the security services and ensure their actions are fair and just. Such a body would pledge allegiance to the people, not to an unelected head of state.
TERRORISM / THE WAR ON TERROR
Who or what is a terrorist? In nazi Germany a terrorist was a member of the resistance movement. In apartheid South Africa, the then ruling, racist elite saw Nelson Mandela and the ANC as terrorists. It all depends on your point of view. Bush and Blair manipulated a violent war on Iraq, on the pretext of a pack of lies, and by definition they are terrorists. We fully support a war on terror, and the eradication of the ‘axis of evil’, namely the exposure and eradication of the covert, fascist masons, and the satanic secret societies such as Bush’s skull and bones club, otherwise known as the ‘brotherhood of death’, which meets each Summer at Bohemia Grove in California.
